It was an AMAZING experience!! The host was so nice and very kind. I would definitely recommend this house if u need a lot of spacial areas. It’s a great place for a family. My favorite was the master bathroom, it had a huge mirror with a huge nice modern shower!

Victor’s place was beautiful just as the pictures showed. It’s in a very great location literally 15-20min from everything the area is a very quiet neighborhood. We had no issues with the property. I will definitely rent again

Great little place. Loved the private gate to park behind. Backyard was great for my kiddos to play and burn some last minute energy. Check in could’ve been a little better but the house was very nice and updated. Showers were great. I thought the bed was uncomfortable but my partner said it was the most comfortable bed ever and couldn’t remember the last time he slept so well, so that’s obviously a preference thing. Overall a great stay close to the hospital and all of the Houston attractions.

Great place to stay. The area seems sketchy at first but being that we had a gate to park behind made me feel more secure. Close to everything. Pretty clean for the most part. The only problem i had was that my check-in time was pushed back an hour because the previous guests did not check out on time. Which the hosts had no control over but i wasn’t aware of the situation until the day of so that was an inconvenience. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great! Fantastic central location made getting around easy (well, as easy as Houston can be). The house was spotless and comfortable, and the gated driveway was a nice touch. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home! The hosts were very responsive anytime we needed them. Walking distance from a 24 hour mini market . 10-15 minutes Uber ride to everything might want to do! We came during a rainstorm which brought a lot of bugs, but bedsides that we loved our stay!

Overall a nice place to stay. Very tastefully decorated. There were a few minor items broken by previous guests on arrival, but it did not affect our stay. Blake was great with communicating which items needed repair and did his best with getting them repaired as soon as possible so that other guests wouldn’t have to deal with the same issues.

Only inconvenient issue we ran into was we didn’t get check in instructions before check in time even though I asked for them beforehand and was told they would be sent to me before check in. I ended up having to call to ask for the instructions when we had already arrived at the house. We were tired after a long flight and had to wait outside until instructions were sent to us, but they were quick to pick up the call so it didn’t take too long.

There’s private gated driveway parking which was convenient. Great quality TV in the living room. Overall a comfortable house to stay in.

This house is like the smart house of 2021 very modern , very spacious, nice size back yard , private parking , wash and dryer accessible, the shower and tub combo is amazingly stunning with a kitchen to die for ! Definitely my number one go to when I want to get away but stay in town and not too far from civilization

Victor and Blake’s looks even better than is pictured on the listing and is incredibly comfortable. Wonderful home, true to the AirBNB listing! If you look it up on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps, you’ll see an old picture of the house before it was renovated—rest assured, this bungalow Victor spruced up is modern, spotless, and lovely. This place was so beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Houston. It’s very modern, stylish, spacious & clean. The bathroom is amazing. Very (Hidden by Airbnb) picture worthy. The amenities were great and we were even left with a gift upon arrival! Face masks and disinfectant wipes were provided which was really nice. The location is close to almost everything. I have no complaints. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to check out.

Stayed at this location for my Birthday/Girls trip. This was a last minute booking and with everything that was going on with Houston this house was a blessing & more! Definitely better then staying at some of the TOP hotels for a better price. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean, Spacious and definitely worth it! This past weekend, I booked at Victors place for a birthday getaway with family. Victor was very responsive, accommodating, and courteous.
Upon arrival , Blake greeted us with a special surprise. Blake was very respectful and very nice. He even went out of his way to go buy us an iron and ironing board. Which was very sweet of him.
Victors place was very neat, clean and nicely put together. From the decor to the spacious floor plan and nicely updated Amenities ,my family and I felt like we were at home.
Whenever I visit Houston again, I will be sure to book at Victors place again.
